My Story:

In May, my 2011 Kia Sportage SX caught fire while I was driving. I escaped, but the vehicle was destroyed.

Since then, Kia has:

  • Refused restitution for my loss

  • Withheld the fire inspection report

  • Told me directly there would be “no further assistance”

I have already filed formal complaints with the Pennsylvania Attorney General and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). Kia’s silence speaks for itself.

Kia silence = guilt.
